“Brilliant service. Had an MOT completed by Audi (Listers - Solihull). Passed with advisory. Expected any work that was important to the safety of the driver be completed. Had an amber warning light on dashboard within days showing deflated tyre. Checked my MOT passed document. 1. NAIL IN TYRE 2. Wiper defective. Called RAC for tyre problem. On RAC arrival was told new tyre was needed and should have been done by Audi at time of MOT. He called them, didn’t have one and would have to order. RAC then rang around few KWIK FIT branches. After several calls found the tyre at the Halesowen branch in Mill Lane. As I arrived, it was quite busy and was told there’s about an hours wait. No problem so made a few important calls whilst in the car. Kept informed until my turn for work to be completed. As I waited in the reception room, the main guy (his name escapes me) assured me nothing was needed from me to sign as he rang around for new wipers. The team were busy and all bays were full, with waiting customers. Each were met with a friendly smile and made sure everyone was served. Job took less than 30 minutes along with paperwork. This branch is slightly out of my way from my home but the attention to detail, the warm friendly staff was second to none. You could see and feel that these guys loved their jobs and made every customer welcome and all treated the same. Will be using this branch from now on when needing tyre fitting, MOT etc on my Audi Q3. Well done to both managers and staff at KWIK FIT Halesowen in Mill Lane for a 5 star customer service.”
