Exactly what I needed and the floor looks amazing compared to my old one. Really Good quality at an affordable price. Thanks to the ladies at the store who are extremely supportive and don?t hesitate to be helpful in a professional manner. Unfortunately the lovely fitters found a problem with my floor under my old boards so I couldn?t have it ripped up? I would have to have chip boards put down first, but I was not advised on this before hand and it wasn?t in my budget really. No ones fault really as the ladies where brilliant. The fitters had to lay the new boards on top of the old boards because of a bad floor underneath, but I?m glad because it?s made my house warmer. The fitters were extremely fast and helpful and helped with lifting Heavy furniture. They even fitted a bare step going the extra mile. I would recommend the British Floor Store to anyone who needs a good quality solid floor to last.

We received an excellent professional service from start to finish. Sophie certainly knows her stuff, helped us choosing the right floor and colour, even came out to show us how the sample would look in the room to help us decide. It was only by coincidence we found the British Floor Store, but we are glad we did, absolutely fantastic people to deal with. At short notice Sophie even managed to get fitter?s out to us on a Sunday to lay the floor who did a great job. Thanks Sophie.

After days of searching for a decent flooring place I found the British floor store In Halesowen, I could not be happier with the service received, the staff were so helpful and pleasant to deal with they gave me confidence that I was in the best place. I chose my floor, it?s now fitted and looks amazing, A+ service and highly recommended

Outstanding service from start to finish!Friendly staff who helped us choose our floor with all the information we needed. Sophie and Fawz were excellent, came to measure and show us samples in our home to see what the floor will look like. Floor fitters came on time, friendly and polite. Highly recommended and extremely pleased!!

I was due to have my new sofa delivered & needed flooring fitted quickly. I?d visited a few stores locally & then just happened to find this place by chance! I looked up on Google & saw they did a late night so after work one night I headed over but they were closed, Just to be sure I called the number & spoke to Fawzia she was very apologetic & explained it was an error. Not a problem I said I would come back at the weekend. Just as I arrived home my phone rang it was Fawzia she said a colleague was not too far away and could come back to the store to open up! I thought this was a lovely gesture but said I would go back at the weekend, which I did & was greeted by Sophie who apologised again for the confusion. I had a good look around the store without feeling under pressure & Sophie was very knowledgeable & helpful when I had any questions. The day before my appointment Sophie rang me & said the fitter was picking up the materials for my job & that the beading to match my laminate had come into stock, should she put some on the van for me to take a look at? I was happy with the beading I had already chosen but said ok. When the fitter arrived early the next day me & my partner took one look at the beading & both agreed this was the one! I?m absolutely delighted with the quality finish it looks alot more expensive then we paid & Thank You Sophie & Fawzia for your excellent customer service!

The term ?going above and beyond? is used often but it couldn?t be more applicable to this company. Our experience with British Floor Store was simply perfect. After ordering our underlay it was received very quickly however, unfortunately a differentunderlay to what was expected arrived. Fawzia took it upon herself on a Sunday morning to make the long trip down to our house and collect the items and drop off the correct underlay. Such a fantastic customer experience and I will be using this company again in the future without a doubt. Nothing is too much trouble and the customer is always in mind. Thank you Fawzia and British Floor Store.

Great professional service, highly recommend these guys. They did my flooring and skirting boards throughout the house and carpet on the stairs and landing. Their team only took two days to complete the job! Great communication and great quality flooring. They were massively accommodating and even sorted out a skip for us. Their place had a wide variety of choices and we were guided through the options and what would be best for our needs. They really do care about their customer experience. Cannot thank them enough for such an amazing job.
