Being in a lot of pain, I have telephoned this pharmacy after being referred by 111 this afternoon. I was told by 111 the pharmacist will be able to view my referral and provide help/ treatment.The lady on the phone who answered was extremely unhelpful and rude. I explained I had been referred by 111 and provided the phone number to contact, where she responded ?I don?t know why they?ve told you to contact this number we can?t do anything?. I have since had a look at the pharmacy?s locally on the NHS website which can offer help/treatment - and this pharmacy is on the list.Because of this, I had to call 111 back where they have had to make note of this happening with this pharmacy, as someone should have helped with the referral they had been sent. Instead, I am now waiting for an emergency appointment for this evening to seek help which could have been provided by this pharmacy.I?m extremely disappointed of the service I have received and the unwillingness to help.

Generally ok, but do not answer the phone and this a real pain, as If you need to check something urgently, then no one answers, and it can save you wasted time if they don't have your items, especially when you have a disability.

They always run out of medication. Not well stocked. Plus very long wait.

Very helpful staff especially Jane who called me to let me know my prescription would be available the next day. Very grateful as i was desperate for my medication that other pharmacies could not promise the next day Thank you.

Don?t believe the opening hours. Pharmacy was open but couldn?t dispense any medications as pharmacist hadn?t turned up and they didn?t know when they would be in!

Pharmacist particularly unhelpful. Explained that my 10 year old son had run out of medication taken to help control his sleep patterns as he is autistic, due to a seemingly ongoing issue with his recurring prescription. Asked if I could receive even one tablet to allow me to visit his GP surgery tomorrow on my day off and was simply told ?ring the doctors?.An afternoons pay now lost during a cost of living crisis. Went to pharmacy this morning, eldish lady was not helpful at all Wen she finally came to the counter, asked her if they did a certain product n she said "is it not on shelf" and just pointed, It I'de of found it myself then I wouldn't of asked, found an alternative myself and then she said " you can pay for that upstairs", meaning she's too rude and lazy to serve me so go to a self scan till. I have not got Facebook or Twitter to send direct message

Google says they open at 6am....they don't, they open whenever they feel like it. If Google is wrong then it needs to be updated! Was waiting in store and most of the staff wasn't sure when they actually opened. Manager casually leaning on the banister going up the escalator said it opened at 8am (like he didn't have a care in the world. I waited for an hour. Left as i obviously had a better chance at another pharmacy! Other staff told me they open whenever they please! Disgusting! I needed medicine for my daughter that you can get off the store shelf. Who had been up all night!
Good note - when I've used the pharmacy in the day the staff have been helpful. It horrendous they don't open when they should, especially when it's for health issues!
