Wife took her gucci watch as the battery had died, collected it 20 mins later with acreciept stating watch tested and working. 2 mins later went back and told him the watch isnt working to which he replied watches can break anytime. So he either lied and didnt check it or lied and wrote checked om because he damaged it. I was going to get a car key done but will go elsewhere. Take your watches and keys to someone reputable. Now we will. Take the watch to a jeweller to get it fixed or a battery that works.

I visited the stores and spoke to Michael, who clearly doesn't want to assist you. He was rude and told me to calm down when I explained an issue Oldbury had sorted out, and asked if he could do the same. I literally drove to the Oldbury branch, and they sorted it out in 2 minutes. I wasted time, and I will never use that branch again.

I went to the Timpsons today, and in my arrival there was a sign to say the employee would return from their lunch break at 15:25. After waiting around, they didnt return til 15:35, to only claim they were ?caught in a queue?. Yet the tesco staff pointed him out to myself and showed me he was lurking around the magazine area. Not only was Raj 10 minutes late to return back to Timpsons but also lied about it too. His customer services was not the best as he was rude and arrogant.

Both occasions i?ve been here i?ve had 2 members of staff with stinking attitudes.First time was a couple months ago i popped in to get my key cut and he tells me it?ll be a few minutes and I said i?ll have a wonder around Tescos. About 30 minutes and a full shop later, I come back to see him feet up with headphones in. I ask if my key was done and he hurrily got up, told me he got ?really busy? and did my key straight away what a joke ?2nd time I came to ask if they could repair my silver anklet (which is jewellery) because a piece had fallen out but could easily be glued back in. I asked the man and he said i?ll be honest there?s no way I can fix that! I asked is it possible you can pop some glue in there or would you recommend me to melt it down and make a new anklet? He goes you tell me love we?re not a jewellers, yet there?s a ?we repair watches and jewellery? sign? No respect in the way he spoke to me and the fact I was happy to pay for him to glue it together because they have stronger glue just tells me he couldn?t be bothered . Not going to bother coming back now even if it?s local to me
