Went there regularly to shop for a while, one day a staff member called me out in front of basically the whole queue and accused me of not paying the day before which i thought i had but maybe it was an honest mistake so i paid again, got the receipt just in case. After getting home I looked at the receipt and it said it was for whisky. So i figured id been scammed by that staff member pretending i hadnt payed and then used that money to feed her drinking habit or something idk. Went back to ask them about it and they refused to talk to me. Put in a complaint about it online and heard nothing back. Never been back there since, disgusting way to treat customers let alone illegal.

For a CO op it's has big shop vibes with a lot of options in everything really staff are always friendly too.

Shop was nice n clean staff friendly. Slightly more expensive than many other shops for the same products and the coop volunteer system is crazy as wee book our holidays in Dudley but can?t use the coop vouchers in this stall ( only a few mins away from Dudley) as it?s in a different area but can drive all the way to Stourbridge to use them . It?s difficult and very frustrating for customers and and unless I go to Stourbridge I?ll loose around 50.00 of vouchers as they also expire in 3 months time :( boo to the coop
