absolutely so disappointed in this shop, i shop here all the time , this time i decided to take my partner in with me , while doing my weekly shop i bought a monster , i had my id she checked it but also said she needed my partners which was fine however he didn?t have it on him. i said because im buying the shopping why would you need his because im buying my shopping not his? when i said just leave it she then kept going on throwing dirty looks at me , she then walked over to her colleagues which only got one of there names ?kelly? and sat there staring at me pulling dirty looks while i was checking out my shopping. i then had walked out the shop and they were still all stood by the entrance laughing and pulling dirty looks at me while i was walking out the door?

Why can no one see that Tesco's clubcard doesn't make things cheaper to buy. Clubcard prices are only the same prices as other supermarkets charge. The only difference is that if you haven't got a clubcard the price is a rip off, much more expensive than other supermarkets

Popped into my local branch Burnt Tree Dudley to have a look at their clothing section. Sarah staff member in F&F really helpful and friendly. Assisted me with a few outfits which I'm really pleased with.

Very rude staff: first directed me to completely the wrong isle for my item; the second when I said hello to catch her attention simply said hello back and walked off.
All in all took me 20 minutes to NOT find the items whereas online could?ve bought it in 10 seconds.
No wonder online sales will soon overtake store sales

A good store, but please be aware that parking times have changed after 8pm to only 1hr 30minutes. Not really enough time to do a big shop when you have to dodge the shelf fillers and then get it through the self service till. Go over the parking time and you will be fined £70.

Have returned after ages, the store is very big and spacious. Parking is never an issue though they have not thought about how long winded it's is to get a trolley from the outside car park into the store. Inside it's well laid out, but most offers are for storecard users, which is a joke. The tills/self service areas need a good look at. With the size of the store you would think there is ample space for tills etc but it's all very cramped and when it's busy it's a nightmare. They could do much better.

One word.. MASSIVE! plenty of free parking, petrol station on site. Plenty of produce, homewares, clothes section. Lots to look around and through. You could easily spend a few hours here. Staff are friendly and helpful
