Chap on service saw my self service machine ping "requires assistance" he called a colleague who ignore the red and contained with what ever she was faffing with, causing me to narrowly miss my bus

Absolutely shocking experience yet again at this store. No one at the till so I used the self serve and then was pounced on by a woman with coloured hair and short man, both repetitively give unwanted or needed instructions but of the reverse of each other. If I was neuro diverse it would have triggered me. The short man made childish grunts when I explained that I did not need his help and he went on and on about their helpful service until I had to just leave along with my purchase. Reading the reviews this is obviously the new Tesco ethos for this store. Patronising, condescending and just down right rude.

This store is totally rubbish. The store manager Rachel and this squashed woman with red hair are both so rude and abrupt. I don?t know how Tesco employ such people. Please change the dynamics of this store and stop being so rude to your customers!!

Always busy. So parking can often be an issue. But fuel is esso so decent quality and always roughly the same price as Texaco down the road. Can earn clubcard points too. Decent shop, lots of choice of products. Open until late most days.
