I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. I purchased a face wash in the morning but didn?t check it thoroughly because I was in a rush for work. When I arrived at work, I discovered that the pump was separated from the bottle.
I returned to the store to exchange it, but the manager was argumentative and refused to assist me. I have been buying this face wash from Boots for the last three years and have never had any issues. The manager was unhelpful and lacked understanding, insisting that she wouldn?t exchange the product.
The manager advised me to contact CeraVe customer service, which I did. They informed me that the retailer is responsible for exchanging the product and should reach out to them directly. I've never encountered this problem with Boots.
I would not recommend this store, as they sell damaged products and are unwilling to address customer complaints. The store management is simply unacceptable.

We were in Dudley and saw a sign in the Superdrug window for ear piercing. We popped in and the lady who greeted us was really helpful (unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she may have been in charge). She took time to explain the service and book us in for a piercing an hour later.
When we returned the staff member recognised us and took us straight to the piercing area. She wasn't rushed and talked to our daughter directly, which made her feel very special.
Soon after Amy joined her and they pierced our daughter's ears. There was no fuss, no drama and everything went well.
This shop has great staff and they provided a brilliant service. Every person we encountered were lovely.
Another point worth mentioning is that this store is pretty good for accessibility, no issues with my wheelchair at all.

Great to take your children for ears picering my daughter had 2 lovely ladies do it and were a week in on Monday and her ears haven't swollen or even gone red. Very happy with the results

The person name John is horrible he don?t know the word called kindness,That person ruined my whole day. He is the disgusting ever person, don?t know anything about customer service.

Store?s got a good variety of English and American cosmetics and skincare, however the 1 star review is based on a recent experience in which I was accosted by 2 PCSO?s in the store who staff had radio called, because staff thought I had something to do with a spate of shop-lifting incidents. I gave over my details, paid for what I was buying and I got out of there. The incident, which lasted a few moments, and involved me being questioned, was humiliating. I?ve been into this store several times before, but I have NEVER stolen any item from any store, I know staff + the PCSO?s they contacted were only doing their jobs, but I feel they were far too quick to judge in this instance.
