I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. I purchased a face wash in the morning but didn’t check it thoroughly because I was in a rush for work. When I arrived at work, I discovered that the pump was separated from the bottle.
We were in Dudley and saw a sign in the Superdrug window for ear piercing. We popped in and the lady who greeted us was really helpful (unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she may have been in charge). She took time to explain the service and book us in for a piercing an hour later.
