I?m usually very happy with my service at this Subway. However going in there at half five on a Thursday afternoon and being harassed by two loiterers is not my idea of a good service experience. The poor lone working server did her best to give me the best possible service whilst these two men mocked me and mimicked the servers accent. She also defended me to the harassers which I appreciated and told me not to listen to them as they are ?always in here not buying anything? I do hope Subway look into making this environment safer for their staff and customers alike as I did not feel that I or that poor woman were in a comfortable position nor could we speak up too much for fear of being harassed more. I also hope she had an enjoyable rest of her shift as I could only spend thirty seconds in there buying what I needed before making a quick exit.

Pop in about once a month with my BF, and the woman working is always so lovely and kind, she is very welcoming and will communicate if she's busy and then when she's ready for us, which I'm so thankful for

The woman working here was so kind to me and treated me so nicely. She remembered my order, and even gave me some future career advice! The staff are so lovely and they also make sure to get their customer service spot on ! The food is so fresh and delicious!

The manager was so kind to me and made me feel very welcome! She would ask about my day and make conversation, she even gave me some advice about university!! She remembered my order and showed a lot of good customer service. Would recommend!

If I could give this Subway negative stars I would. Their terrible attitude involved forcing an 80+ year old pensioner who was returning home from hospital. Despite taking the family members phone into the restaurant and explaining the situation they insisted the person attend the restaurant in person. In all the years of purchasing from numerous Subways we have never experienced this. Although this is a local branch it will be avoided at all costs in the future

Dilpreet was amazing!!! She was very friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious. It was a very large order & every item received was correct & delivered on time, couldn?t fault the service or food. Dilpreet catered to all dietary requirements and she was very informative when clarifying all my questions on allergens. She exceeded all my expectations & this store will definitely be my go to! X
