Came here when visiting the village hotel, drinks were good, but the only thing i can complain about is that it was £4.75 for a small cookies and cream latte. I rarely visit Starbucks and this is why

Order a latte and a tea at Hopwood Services Starbucks. The latte came out, but no tea. I asked the young on the counter where it was, and his unhelpful reply was ?it?s coming.? I wait and see other customers get their orders, but still no tea. Another team member, a lovely girl called Laura if I?d received my tea yet, as she saw me still waiting. And proceeded to make it. How difficult was that. One member of staff shouldn?t be there. And Laura should get a promotion, as she certainly understands great customer service. Well done and thank you Laura.

Wow I really enjoyed myself this morning at this startbucks, the atmosphere was good and I especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area where my partner and I sat and had our coffees and my bun. Friendly staff.

Visited with my partner to try the Ghost Pumpkin drink which tasted amazing!. The staff are lovely and are very helpful.

Very rude and unprofessional unwelcoming staff, I have never encountered such rudeness in my life!Man, I am a customer buying from you rather than begging!Approached a young man there asking for a black coffee, said that I should keep quite as he is doing some smoothies preparation setting in his machine and to come in another time!I do not know why the hill you open then!I will never approach this branch and hope Starbucks so something about the rudeness of their employees!

Staff is good and easy to check in and check out but room is very noisy and and room interior not good . I used it 3 times but every time I found same things . I don?t think so it is worth for my monkey

Bar & Grill are amazing the pool is great, the steam room was broken however we have used it in the past so no compliant it could be one off. Rooms are spacious and bathroom are good but could improve however value for money is good.

Bed was very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended by me. I have stayed here many times and I absolutely love it. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection.

Everything was great. For some reason we didn't have any towels, but it was resloved immediately. Overall very happy. Village hasn't ever let us down. Good to know we can come to Dudley when our preferred venues are unavailable.
