I don't know where to even start. But absolutely terrible customer service! And I hope this review makes it to the directors of specsavers dudley. I suggest anyone buying from here not to as they are incompetent. Go to a different branch or even Boots.
I had chosen my glasses 3 weeks ago and waited two weeks to collect. On the day of collection, I found imperfections on one of my lenses after waiting two weeks.
They said they would fix them, but now it will take another week. Utterly disappointed. After coming back a week later, they said to come back in an hour and the glasses would be fixed.
I came back, and and started a timer. They said to sit down, and it will be with you soon. Five minutes later, a member of staff come down and says they have just started fixing your glasses, which will be a few more minutes.
Another fifteen minutes pass by for then the shop manager to come and tell me that the new lens has imperfections as well. He said I would put an urgent rush on it and so sorry for the inconvenience.
You're telling me that you made us wait an hour then to start fixing the glasses when we come back after the hour and then telling me they are broken absolutely unbelievable. Then I was questioning myself, why did they not put an urgent rush when they were first broken after spending £200 plus with you.
I hope this reaches all staff and owners of this branch it's unacceptable. I have had to travel back and forth for all of you to waste my time.

The optician was incredibly thorough with explaining everything he was doing and all about my sight issues. The young lady who helped me choose tints and measurements for my varifocals was also extremely helpful. They?re not cheap, but it was well worth the money.

Been coming here for years for eye tests. Communication isn't great - but generally testing is decent with OCT and field vision tests on top of standard eye tests. Glasses overpriced as expected for high street stores. It's not the initial glasses but all the additional upsell that's costing money (over 200% more than online sellers).

Went on Monday 1oclock had eye test done by young Asian girl could not of wished for a better person she explained everything to me and what to do I was so happy and to the guy who dealt with me for my glasses very nice and pleasant than you guys
