Skitts have been so helpful in the selling of our house and the property of my late in-laws recently. I have just had the absolute pleasure of dealing with the Skitts team at Great Bridge. Today I completed on the sale of my property and I cannot thank all the team enough for their excellent handling of the sales transaction. Clare, Jo, Trish, Brad and the rest of the team have all gone above and beyond in every way to make sure I?ve been kept informed as the sale has progressed. As I live far away from the property they?ve helped make the process as easy as possible for me and shown great flexibility and commitment all the way through. They even recommended a fantastic Solicitor for me. I finally got to meet Trish, Jo and Brad on Tuesday and was overwhelmed by their warm welcome to the office; more like a welcome to their ?family home?. Everyone so friendly and accommodating. Chalk and cheese compared to other agents out there.Thanks to their realistic valuation (not over inflated just to get your business) I was able to achieve an agreed sale for the asking price in just 3 weeks.Local agents who make selling your house their top priority, as opposed to the bigger corporate firms.Great to get a fixed commission price up front rather than having to agree a percentage of the sale, so you know where you stand from the start.The local office was a pleasure to deal with, and once the sale was agreed the case was handed over to a specialist sales progressor Joanne who fought relentlessly tooth and nail for me in the face of real adversity from the buyers solicitors.God bless you all

Skitts Sedgley have sold 2 properties recently for us. On both occasions the service had been excellent. The ladies at the Sedgley branch are friendly, professional and efficient. Adam and his Team at the Sedgley office were amazing from start to finish, but also not forgetting Jo (Sales Progressor) within the Oldbury office who again was amazing! Kept us up to date with our sale with regular communications via email and phone. Viewings undertaken were professional and It didn't take Adam and the Team long to receive an offer for our property due to this! We didn't have any issues at all.I'd strongly recommend Skitts to market your property in the local area, they will not let you down.

Cannot praise the integrity, local knowledge and total support that all the staff demonstrated.Although they are interacting with many clients they always made you feel you were the only one.Buying and selling can be pretty stressful and it's always good to have someone who has your back.

Couldn?t have chose anyone better than Skitts in Sedgley, from the valuation to completion nothing was too much trouble for the team. Adam was professional and courteous. From the first meeting I could tell my sale was in safe hands. Sue and Louise have been amazing from booking the viewings, negotiating all the offers and securing me £10k over the asking price. Anita who did all the viewings was lovely, she was able to answer any questions and gave me feedback when the viewings had been completed. Jo in sales progression is a god send, her professionalism, calm approach and availability made sure any issue was sorted quickly. Thanks to Jo I completed within 2 months! I have been using Skitts since 2008, the property didn't sell due to the recession and I was not prepared to lower the price. Skitts provided all the services, they invested months in us and didn't complain. I came back to Skitts again this year. Adam went over and above to aid me, he listened and addressed each one of my concerns, at one point i had a buyer through the family and i informed Adam i would not be requiring his services, he was very understanding and again didn't complain one bit! The sale fell through so i contacted Adam again who without hesitation set the wheels in motion. The property is vacant, i live a distance away and whenever there were concerns Adam visited the property to see to whatever was needed. He didn't have to for the way i had treated the agency but he did out of kindness and wanting always make sure to be attentive to my problems. The property sold for £45,000 more than what the family member was offering and couldn't be more delighted. I cant say enough about Adam, i would urge anyone selling to use Skitts without a doubt.
