Refuse to let customers fill up jerry cans unless brought from them first on the day. Disgraceful . Went down the road to the next garage no issues and even were polite from the moment i walked in . Manners cost nothing

very welcoming staff .. i always use this station.. the only thing is the car wash not working from long time needed to be fixed but except that everything is great

regularly using for v power .the guy on the till is always very polite and helping .. described a out vpower benefits and shell go plus.. even came out and helped me open my fuel cap as it was stucked..

Very poor service today,the server tonight 12/02/25 around 20:41hrs is rude and has a terrible attitude,the first time he served me I brushed it aside but then today I confirmed that he's not nice and we expect people who work with the public to be welcoming at least !

Very unprofessional lady wouldn't let me use the toilet even though im disabled and was desperate, had resort going all the way to ASDA toilets.
I have been to plenty of shell petrol stations in the past, that have let me use the toilet with no issue.
DONT RECOMMEND THIS SHELL PETROL STATION

Not the best of Shell stations I've seen. Doesn't support mobile payments, has an odd layout of pumps by fuel type, and has a previously free cash machine now charging £1.20 something, with the word "Free" hilariously scrubbed out from the sign above it.

Place it's Okey . But staff are rude and unprofessional. He ask me to pay first before using pump (and I exceed with 0.09 pence and I had to pay again ).And the next person just use the pump as normal and pay after. I'll never go to this place again .

Analog Pump. Shell go plus free reward not accepted here. If you're desperate for shell fuel use this one.

Very overpriced fuel, car wash hasn't worked for months. Cheap sticker covering atm that used to be free to now charge for cash. Desperately needs a referb. Staff are always more interested in watching shows/talking on phone rather than serving customers. Only use this station if absolutely desperate.

While in queue for fuel today an employee came out and was changing the price on the pumps - got charged 143.9p a litre for diesel. Other Shell garages are in the news at limiting drivers to £30 max fuel, this garage chose not to apply that and to inflate the price instead. Won't use this garage again

Ridiculous place with awful staffing. Attendant was arguing with me, saying I'd had two coffees and paid for one!? I had one coffee!!! All I wanted was ONE COFFEE!!! It ended up getting tipped away after the irritating, persistent excuse of a human being wouldn't give up about it, and it resulted in paying for a coffee that I didn't even take a swig of! How can you fit two coffees into one coffee cup??? And then chase me down the car park whining that I'd had two? Shocking.Never, ever again, if this is how Shell train their staff, then they are well and truly crossed off the list for all my fueling and coffee stops. I went straight to Costas and had a nice coffee in Stourbridge anyway.Maybe when you can train your staff with common sense and basic logic, as well as the bare minimum in their sales assistant job role and courtesy, I will return, until then, never again.Oh and name and shame? The attendants name is Awais Muhammad.
