I have trade account but they every time very expensive they show different and sell different i have more then 5year trade account but they treate like new customers i think no need any trade account because same price they sell i highly recommend don't go selco any whre in England

I visited selco for the first time, they had everything I needed to do my project at very reasonable prices, I returned unused items with no problem, but it was all made easy by Jazz who worked there, I hope I've spelt his name right, he couldn't do enough to help me,

Got let down by other supplier. Tues 3pm phoned selco spoke to jazz (dudley) got large order of timber next day b4 scaffold erected in access passage on the Thursday . Had to take in shorter lengths in order for fitting on wagon but nothing that would hamper or stop project. Top marks selco, especially jazz.

Been here almost every weekend for the last 4-5 years.. A special thank you to Aidan, Joe and Luke who go out of their way for customers even when the shop is swarming and the queues to the tills are long and full of impatient builders.. Spent 1000s here but i honestly dont mind because you just cant put a price on genuine customer service.. Thanks again much appreciated

How can a so-called merchant manage to operate with such appalling customer service skills?
Their arrogance knows no bounds, and they seem utterly unwilling to assist.
If I ever adopted the abysmal attitude of Selco's staff, my business would crumble within months. Those behind the counter are just pure arrogant and unapproachable, always feigning busyness.
Despite next-day delivery, my online order was met with a three-day delay upon submission. And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, Selco finally decides to grace me with a call on the supposed delivery day, at 3 PM. They couldn't be bothered to reach out earlier to update me on the status of my order, leaving their customers hanging until the last minute with excuses.
Really bad unprofessional service, with no structure!
