Rubbish, just got used to using mobile banking app and now I have to verify all transactions so making the app completely useless as it takes longer than just walking up to the counter, I don't want to learn anything about closing one app then opening another app whoever thought this up is either stupid or got no sense, deleting the Santander app when I get home useless just now taking memorie up on my device for no reason

This bank is the best in the country I had a brain tumour myself they were so understanding with my situation there was one lady who phoned me every month for about 12 months Purley just to see if I was OK thanks santander.

Excellent customer service from Julie in the branch.
She walked along the queue checking to see if she could help anybody. I went with her to a podium and we conducted the business very quickly and easily.
She also recommended the Edge Saver account which I had heard of but not applied for. I could see the benefits and added that to my Santander accounts
This experience contrasts sharply with a former review which resulted in a formal written apology from Santander Complaints as well as a telephone call and apology after hours on a Friday.
They clearly have done something to improve. It was a very good experience all in all - and well done on the improved customer service.

Popped up on Friday morning at 09:25. A member of staff sitting outside, waiting to go in, was most helpful and answered all the questions I fired at her. Excellent customer service as she hadn't started work yet. Today I booked an appointment with Vicky after her advice. Didn't get your name, but thank you.

As-salamu alaykum Mustafa ? just wanted to thank you for sorting my issues with my mobile number so promptly and getting me a copy of my statement. May Allah reward you for your humbleness & I?ll make du?a for your success both in your career & personal life, and also in the hearafter.
The loss of a star is just because the woman at the desk who I saw first said she couldn?t change my number without my PIN (which I didn?t receive for some reason), even though I had my card & photo ID on me ? she was polite and respectful, but had a ?sorry there?s nothing else I can do then? attitude, which had Mustafa not pulled me out the queue, I would?ve believed to be true and resulted in 15 minutes of wasted time in branch.
This was my first experience using Santander since switching earlier this month, and it must be said that first impressions count. Not too sure how I feel about the bank at this point, but once again, thank you Mustafa ? all the best.

Great customer service, thank you very much to the lady who helped us to change account details.
The branch is spacious and well laid out, the only issue is the opening times but that applies to all their branches.

Friendly staff. Saturday opening hours. Three ATM's. The outside one takes deposits unlike some banks. People posting that it's closed are mistaken.
