Hi,
I came to Ryman - Merry Hill today to get my two booklets binded. Your member of staff Olivia was a big help from start to finish.
After making a mistake on one of my booklets she took the time to correct it for me at no additional cost and was extremely patient the whole time as I checked through to make sure everything was done correctly.

Me and my partner come to print on some 300gsm card. Megan was extremely helpful and professional throughout. She was excellent in trying to set up the printer to print on both sides and when the technology failed she physically flipped all 40 pages to ensure that it was done correctly. Brilliant customer service.

Just want to say thanks to Becky and the Ryman team for helping me resize and print photos for a project I'm working on. Being able to customize sizes was amazing and the quality of the print is excellent. Took all the stress and hassle out of trying to get it right myself and I couldn't get the clarity that was produced in store. Becky couldn't have been more helpful

Fantastic service.I arrived in store desperate to get printing done and the store assistant (Rihanna) was absoloutly amazing.Helped me sort the document's, get printed and to be honest provide a professional and top draw service.

A refreshing change from ordering online stationary. From the initial enquiry I made phoning the merry hill branch on a normal number and speaking to a actual human! Brilliant customer service . I would not order off amazon again . Good traditional shop with friendly knowledgeable staff. Even kept hold of my purchase whilst I did more shopping in the centre.
