This restaurant had a nice vibe about it. The staff were friendly and very helpful. My 2 children enjoyed the salad bar and went up a few times. The pizza we ordered was very nice and with a few side orders was enough to fill all four of us. Would recommend. Will definitely return.

Nice enough pizza hut, only minor complaint was that the salad bowls have to be given to you rather than you just go up and help yourself (this wait can feel like a very long time when you're hungry!), and also they don't give out chili flakes at this Hut when we do get them at other Huts.

Not very welcoming. I felt so uncomfortable they were staring me up and down. Went burger king instead. People that go there walk away, they must have felt it too.

Went for some food yesterday evening with my friend , and we was asking the server so many questions because we had never tried it before. she was so polite , she answered every question in such a helpful way, she was by far one of the best servers i?ve ever seen. Her name was Claire. Very helpful

very dingy atmosphere, felt very outdated and more aimed to kids. wait time was really bad as we had to wait ages while people who arrived after us were served swiftly, even though we ordered way less than them... we didn't get to order a lot due to the high prices of a simple pizza, we shared an individual pizza and a refillable drink which was £3.99, the pizza was okay and not too bad but the wait time was just really ridiculous. i highly doubt i'll be visiting again. the staff came off as rude and judgemental and they were very unhelpful. they didn't ask how our meal was or asked if we needed anything else which was a shame because you'd think there would be at least one good point to the restaurant. overall, the restaurant was quite unclean and off-putting and the service was really disappointing. will not be visiting again.

Really enjoyed this trip, me and the mrs went for a early trip up to merry hill and went on the all you can eat buffet, the staff were very helpful, nice and welcoming, and we ate a lot of very nice pizza so we were well happy haha, good options and flavours, will go again

Alison took our orders and all I can say what a wonderful women she is. Always had a smile on her face, she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. She kept checking on us to see if we needed anything , she was so helpful and kind .

The lunch buffet was functional. Nothing special at all. The staff seemed uninterested and were only there to tell us where to scan to order and to bring the empty glassed over.

Booked a table and turned up, card only. It doesn?t say anywhere when you book that it?s card only Had to cancel my card with the bank and only had cash so we were turned away.

Great food and helpful staff/service. My gripe was that for the time of day the ambiance and feel of the place was 'off'. Great price deals for kids but single adult deals are expensive when compared to multiple adult deals.
Kid-friendliness: Great with kids and colouring too! Menu is everything you need for a kids menu.

Food was absolutely lovely, hard to top the food alone but Alisson?s service done it in abundance. Was a difficult start to the evening for myself and my partner as 2 of our children were misbehaving a bit unfortunately which made me and my partner wish we hadn?t come out for food. Thanks to Alison by the time we had finished, we were glad we had came out.
Our son changed his mind about wanting pepperoni just as the pizza had been done, Alison heard his commotion and had the peperoni taken off and the pizza tidied up so he wouldn?t know any different ( after asking us if we want her to take it off and us confirming ), our young son then bit straight into his pizza burning his mouth a bit and she was straight there to make sure he?s okay etc, obviously it?s our fault as we didn?t tell him to wait but she shown concern for him straight away.
Then as our boys wanted their ice cream and my partner was about to take them, Alison insisted my partner continued eating her food and she would take the boys excited to make their own ice creams as she helped them. Again, the food was absolutely amazing, but even if it wasn?t, this would still be a 5 star review just because of the service we received from Alison, she is an absolute credit to Pizza Hut and Alison alone is a massive reason we will definitely return for food, thank you Alison very much.
