As a neurodivergent individual with a disabled parent, the seating and restaurant itself were very accessible. The lights weren't too bright, the music wasn't too loud and there weren't too many people (we went on a Friday night). The food was wonderful and good value for money. We fed a family of 6, including sides, desserts, amd drinks for under £90 (with blue light). The servers themselves were very kind and met all our needs. They were attentive and helpful and increased our overall experience. The restaurant itself was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this restaurant to families for a nice meal out as the food, service and atmosphere was very nice.
Vegetarian options: the vegetarian options came as described and weren't any more expensive, sometimes cheaper.
Dietary restrictions: There was a QR code to scan for extra info on dietary restrictions and all food was clearly labelled
Parking: It's outside the restaurant and close by, there are several well-marked parking bays for cars.
Wheelchair accessibility: there were no stairs outside and all doors are wide enough. there is accessible seating for wheelchair users and plenty of space for wheelchairs to get around

The place is amazing very good service with the waiter being very polite I would definitely recommend this place and it?s a good place to have a good meal the food it?s very good and the place overall is very clean and kept well I would 100% recommend this Iam very pleased I came here and I would come again.
Vegetarian options: It?s a good place for vegetarian as there are lots of pizza options and tasty food sides

We went here 2nd time to this year to celebrate a special day, All the staff members are very nice and service is over the board. Very helpful and cheerful staff. we did buffets and pizzas were amazing. Just taking one star off as Pizza hut is getting very expensive.

Really nice, clean restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. I had the buffet lunch which is a great deal! Will certainly be eating here again.

Had a great time. The person serving us, told us what offers are on and when we was ordering told us which offer was best for the order. So helpful. The place was clean. The salad look and taste fresh.

In my opinion I don?t think Pizza Hut will be around much longer. Feels like another TGI.
Lack of service is now normal? Shown to a seat and told to order via QR code. If we?re coming to a restaurant we want the interaction and having a server attend to us. I haven?t been to this restaurant in over 5 years and my had it changed.
For one, very expensive for what it is, myself and a 2 year old. Over £40.
Since when was pasta removed from salad bar?
Handmade pizza looked like it could have been frozen.
Extortionate priced sides.
Forcing you towards ??meal deals?
This chain just feels like it?s slowly dying. It?s a real shame.

I ordered a Pizza Supreme with triple cheese and a dry pizza with a little cheese was brought to me. Tasteless pizza and full of parmesan so it doesn't stick, that parmesan is very annoying and unpleasant to taste. So expensive and so unpleasant, that whip pizza is not worth ten pounds, especially the 30 I paid. Never come back again, Disgusting ?
