Botched up my phone contract and was told to call customer services to sort it out,three hours on the phone later,they still couldnt/wouldn't sort it so,cancelled my contracts and moved to another network.They couldn't even be bothered to try and help on the phone,call centers are not uk based

The staff were friendly, but being referred to in local dialect was not professional at all given it was clear I was not from the area. I was shocked to hear customers with issues being told the waiting time was over 1 hour. No real info was given to me about the offer that came with the phone and how to claim it was kind of theres your order see you. That's not really what i expected from O2 at all. I have added to this as the reply sums them up to a tee. No mention about the delay or the local dialect, but only if i need help heres a link..... not great customer service

Soooooooo I have had nothing but problems with O2 for 3 MTHS after having my identity stolen. I have had several devices taken out in my name and I'm getting THREATENING letters on a weekly basis, O2 will not listen or help me. We have now raised it with the police and still this means nothing to the O2 contact centre. Today was the final straw when I got letter's stating "my" debt has been sold and bailiffs would be calling at my house. I am a prisoner in my own home as I'm scared to answer the door. I visited my local O2 store (again - I was turned away the first time a few weeks ago when I asked for help) and this time got to speak to a very helpful and understanding manger who has gone above and beyond to help me. Thank goodness there are still people willing to help

You even dont deserve 1 star but could not write review without it.The worst network and customer care i have ever seen. No knowledge of esim. The entire staff are living in stone age. My advise if you have an esim phone dont go to O2 store especially Merry hill. Very unprofessional staff.better you go to EE

O2 staff very friendly and helpful. But merry hill bit to busy for me but only O2 shop that had item we wanted. Thank you.

Had an issue with a contract phone but they didn't want to know. As long as you're paying your monthly bill they don't care. Will beoving as soon as the contract is up.
