Rang today to get info on buying a new Samsung smart phone, spoke a a female who was obviously not interested, rude, and dismive. Needless to say I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

One member of staff was obnoxious and rude to a good friend of mine reported to 02 head office now telling him that 02 pay and go 4-5G was slower to contract 4-5G AND on top of that told him the 02 app doesn?t work on Pay As You go when it actually does as I?ve got it ? I know Commission Means something to sales staff HOWEVER talking down to a potential customer is NOT appropriate when they choose PAYG rather than a contract which you are tied to of anything Doesn?t work out ? Politeness seems to be a thing of the past nowadays totally unacceptable
It?s not about feeding back it?s about understanding that some people don?t want to contract, especially when the O2 coverage Could be worse than what they anticipated so by going on a page you go to another network they?re not tied to a contractor made to pay amounts of money that really they?ve Been forced to a complaint has gone into head office and they will be looking into it. Don?t be little someone because they want to go on the page. You go rather than the contract acknowledge that they want to it. It?s their choice not yours total disrespect.

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Yusuf at O2 Dudley ? absolute legend! My eSIM wasn?t working and I was stuck without service for 3 months , but Yusuf sorted me out with a swift SIM replacement in under 5 minutes. Super helpful, professional, and friendly throughout. Thanks again, mate ? really appreciate it!

I was so impressed by the customer service of one employee. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Absolutely joy to be helped by. Came in to explain that my OH phone would need a new SIM due to them turning off the 3g. No other explanation needed. He knew what to do, how to do it and explained what would happen in the next few months before 3g went down. He also advised how we could get extra data from linking our virgin media account. Absolute pleasure. Thank you so much.

I was put into a queue system despite having at one put 5 members of staff standing around doing nothing. I came into this store ready to spend a lot of money but ended up just questioning why I'm still with O2.
Disinterested staff, poor sales techniques where a staff member decided to end the interaction prematurely when I still had questions and was clearly on the fence on a large purchase leading with me just walking off.
Unfortunately, it's the attitude in the majority of shops here. Not interested or bothered.

Been with 02 for years. upgraded as you do and have been left without service so no calls can be made to my number or ring out. Phoned multiple of times and been in store a few times and got the same answer 5 or 6 times saying it will be sorted in 24hrs and services will be back.. yet still without. 6th day in..... joke don't provide a service if you can't implement it!

went to the shop to use my switch up. my phone was in perfect working order its been in a phone case since I've had it. the female member if staff was not interested called the manager over he run his fingers over the phone and said it didn't qualify for switch uo. the next day I went to a different 02 shop freindy staff switched phones not problem. they could not understand why I was refused at the merry hill shop. I all avoid this shop until the staff are changed

Less useful than an ashtray on a motorbike actually that?s an insult to ashtrays. No staff member has an ounce of interest in sorting out your problem and have zero interest in customer service. Do yourself a favour and cancel everything with these cowboys. Insulting to say the least.

The manager Vashti is so rude
I never received my sim card and i went there to cancel the contract because they charged me 86£ and i never received the sim card . Rude staff the worst ever.
