We went for shopping gift before our holidays. We like a fancy bag model and we need 10 pieces of that. Shop had only 3 pieces but one of shop lead Seema really helps to find out more pieces available near by shops and phone them to reserve for us. Really appreciate the help Seema.

This store had very bad customer service I attended for next sale on 5 of July this year and they wasted people time for more than 2 hours in next website said online and in store sale start at 6am I come to store same as every year at 5:45 but after 6 store staff let the people know sale will start at 7am
They were very rude and speak with people bossy this is very disappointing
I have to wait for more than 1 hours and wast people time shame on merry store manager

Popped into Next to find clothes for an event and Sameer was super helpful. He took the time to help me and my son find the right size and current styles. Made the whole thing easy. Thanks Sameer. Need more people like you mate!

Plenty of clothes to choose from, not crowded like other stores I have been to. Had help from Lois behind the till who was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend shopping here for office clothes, suits and smart casual clothing.

I went there with my son today to get suits, there was one particular lad working there called Sameer, he was only 18 but absolutely professional, he helped my son and I for quite a while, he was patient, friendly and helpful beyond words. All I can say is thankyou to him for his help.

Good selection of clothes, but only if you're under 6 stone. Anything over a medium fit and you'll have to order online

Took my girlfriend as she wanted some new lingerie, great selection and styles for her. Felt a little let down when the department manager ( I'm guessing ) was chatting to a colleague regarding store theft and there typical type of consumer in such a degrading manor. Not something consumers wish to listen too. Shame, as the store itself is lovely and cashier was super friendly. She was very pleased with her purchases, and she was impressed with the quality and comfort.

Merry Hill Next has a lovely baby change and feeding space. Bright clean and so comfortable I was pleasantly surprised. Which meant I could shop with a calm baby ! Well done for thinking about a core demographic of next shoppers!

Had to pick up an order and only had to wait a couple of minutes. Also visited the in store Costa coffee while there. Had a lovely snack. Just had a quick stroll on the way out. Got some lovely, cute children's clothes.
