We have had Karndean laid in our kitchen today and we couldn?t be more pleased. The fitter was very friendly and did a great job. N D Walters were recommended to us by other people in our retirement complex and we would certainly recommend them to anyone else.

I went to this shop because my usual carpet shop closed down after Covid. I wish I'd found it earlier. Lovely carpets, expertly fitted and reasonable prices. Staff are helpful and friendly. Will certainly be back when I need the next carpet.

What can I say guys? Superb! You've taken our battered, chipped, and in parts missing hall floor and made it into the perfect entrance to our home. Fully in keeping with the style of house and easy to keep, hard wearing, and warm because it's Karndean. The office staff were great at keeping me up to date on the floors arrival and with booking the survey and install. Everything arrived on time as planned. There was a small hiccup over 2 missing lengths of border tile but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The measure of a great company is not if they have an issue, every company will have lots of them over a year! It's how they deal with it and N.D. Walters were apologetic, genuine, pro-active and quick. What more could anyone ask for?Superb service and installation from start to finish. A special mention for Adam the installer; funny, personable, has a God awful singing voice but there's no denying his skill at fitting floors. It's immaculate despite our floor running out a country mile. Just don't ask him to sing at your wedding ?I've worked as a retailer of Fireplaces for 18 years and recognise great service. Wholeheartedly recommend these guys for your flooring. They're top drawer.Thank you all, you've helped us in turning our house into a home ?

Can't thank everyone at N.D. Walters enough for an excellent job. We had so much choice in shop and could take our time, very friendly staff not pushy at all. Steve came to measure and quote and Tony has done a fantastic fit in our bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Kitchen is next so will be back very soon!
