Please be careful purchasing prescriptions from here. I received a letter from NHS regarding a £100 fine for claiming i held an exemption certificate when in fact I paid the full price on my bank card. Luckily for me I was able to fight my case and the fine was dropped. Obviously they are trying to scam the government by amending the prescription form.

This chemist is shocking for palliative care meds. Only gave it 1 star because won't let me put none. Been waiting 3 weeks for tablets

Absolutely rude staff, I don?t usually go here but he didn?t seem impressed that I was using the service he was so moody asking same questions out loud, lady went to ask for my address to give me the meds he laughed and went universal credit to her and she gave me the meds with out my address. He made me feel so small you have no idea why I?ve been out of work for the past few months I?ve worked all my life. Disgusting

Absolutely disgusted with the service in the Netherton branch. I suffer with IBS and desperately needed to use a toilet only to be refused point blank. Helpful and caring pharmacy? I think not. Appalling and heartless. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Great delivery driver and she is polite! I have had problems getting my meds because they say my doctor hasn't sent the prescription through but the doctors say it was sent on time! Not happy.

The service is very good but ! The price of over the counter medicine is extortionate!. I purchased a 15ml Sudafed Blocked Nose nasal spray priced at £5.79. At Savers in Merry Hill 10ml costs £2.69 !

If I could give less I would! After using the delivery service for years, my son's medication and my own has always arrived as should. But since December it has been ridiculous! Medication that we can not run out of has repeatedly not arrived. IVE HAD LICENCED MEDICATION MESSED UP! I have to chase them to find out what's happened to it, repeatedly telling them we have none left and still left waiting days/ sometimes weeks! If you can't do the service you offer, DONT OFFER IT!.Found out a couple days ago, it's new people running it!WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN! AND I wouldn't advice others with important meds not to either! They are a Disgrace!

awful and rude staff, all to ready to dismiss your enquiry as soon as you walk in, if you don't like working with the public , quit! anything to do with kids medicine , there all to ready to say its not in stock, zero care for patients, its just buy what's on the shelf and get out.

Order tablets days before I ran out, delivery by Friday, following Monday phone again and be told delivery today. Still no tablets, been out of diabetic medicine now for 3 days. These guys are a joke

Not happy with our treatment at this Chemist had to wait 45 minuets after our appointment time,the training pharmacist who was carrying out the Covid vaccine was out for lunch, plus's he had run out of the new vaccine Not a very good show

Worst pharmacy terrible customer service. My husband can only take medication from one certain manufacture never had a problem where ever we've lived, joots have always ordered them for him. but they won't.
