on friday night i was served on the pavement window by a girl called jorja, she was very polite and food came super fresh and nice and hot, definitely recommend the new cheesy mc crispy that i got, yum ?, the girl asked how i was and brightened my day with her big smile, 100% recommend

Do NOT order for delivery from this McDonalds. They are an absolute joke. I have ordered for delivery twice from there and both times there has been food missing. The first time I was that annoyed that I drove there to complain and they said there was nothing they could do and I had to contact the delivery company. As I was stood there in front of them, they could have offered to rectify it for me to show good customer service, but clearly couldn't be arsed.
Second time I checked the order before the delivery driver left and he apologised but said he just collects the food and that I have contact McDonalds about it.
So basically between McDonalds and the delivery company they just found it easier to blame each other rather than try to help.
My advice would be to order a pizza instead.

Every time ordering from the McDonald app, and coming from this shop, the food is always cold, the food is always wrong and the drinks are always wrong, eg 2x choc milkshake and get 1 choc and 1 vanilla.
I?m close by to the restaurant and the food should at least be warm but like I said always 99.99% its stone cold.

Food was great, Table Service very quick and efficient. Toilet facilities and parking available on site for 90 minutes. A busy Mcdonalds but nice clean environment.

Ordered via the app - no one answering the phone and Uber not picking up. Received my drinks and someone else's milk shake. I'm missing all my food. How do I get a refund as no one is speaking to me. Do I come in store and ask to speak to someone as this is the worst service I have ever experienced and won't visit the store again now either.
