The service here is terrible! How does it take over 13 minutes to do 2 breakfast muffin meals?! To top it off the sausage was burnt and the latte half full and bitter.

Worst McDonalds in UK for a reason. Only interested in Deliveroo orders. Drive thru or walk in always long wait while delivery drivers park as they please, blocking all areas. Quickest option is to park up and order for delivery

The queue for the drive thru was spilling onto the main road. The queue inside was equally as bad. The problem is the orders online, which they obviously couldn't manage, which meant the problem was that some people who were eating in were waiting nearly 25 mins for food!!!.... Ridiculous....

Reliably good service from the staff. Quick as you'd expect and always clean.
80% of orders come out missing something... So always check before leaving with your food (or most of it ?) as this can be very upsetting for whoever gets missed out!
Family and all the kids friends do love this maccys though. Nothing is too much trouble and they do happily customise burgers etc so it's a nice easy place for a quick meal.
Living the breakfast wrap... Though 2 eggs?! Not necessary maccys!
The mini hash browns are nice!

Whilst staying at the Premier Inn next door, we made two visits to McDo. First for ice cream and apple pie, with coffee, and our second visit for burgers and chips, coffee and apple pies.
Not our normal restaurant, but this outlet is pleasantly decorated and set out and has classical music playing on a loop.
