I had a m chicken sandwich meal, with a hot chocolate and a apple pie. The chicken sandwich was cold as was the fries. The fries left the top of my mouth feeling as though it was covered in grease. The cheeseburger had pickles which I had asked to be removed. The hot chocolate was seriously lacking chocolate and tasted like weird water.

Just had a just eat order from castle gate mcdonalds got wrong order somebody else's. So contacted castle gate mcdonalds and told them we had somebody else's order all they said was take it up with just eat. And I could reorder my food again. Like wow so I can be out of pocket for more money. Just eat don't always give a refund as I know from experience. I spoke to apparently the manager and I even said if I come down could he give me my right order and he kept saying contact just eat. Somebody else's order is wrong but hey ho as long as mcdonalds isn't out of pocket doesn't matter about us who keep the franchise going and them in jobs customer service is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. I would 100% not recommend that franchise at castle gate Dudley.
I always thought customer was right or at least they should help you. He just kept butting in on me talking. Not first time wrong order, food cold and missing items.
I shouldn't have to keep trying to get refund from just eat when most times it's whoever packs my food who cocks up. They really don't care about the little people.

Had some foil in a hot chocolate, the store kept saying they don't use foil, but it came from somewhere, I even said I wasn't after a free meal, just wanted to make sure it didn't make my wife ill. Yet they denied, so I've sent to Dudley food safety standard team

You get what you pay for here. Bigmac served hot for a nice change. Fresh hot coffee cheap and tastes better than Starbucks!
