Very bad and unhelpful staff. They are not helpful at all . Worst customer service ever. Staff is very lazy and slow. Its been around an hour in the bank just for submitting my proof of address.

First time at this branch. Walked in and first impressions weren't great.. couple of staff members appearing to have a meeting out in the open, only one person behind a cashiers desk despite there being 5 windows and one person behind the customer services desk with about 5 people queuing.... But first impressions can be misleading.
There was plenty of space for my pregnant wife to take a seat whilst I waited in queue.
A member of staff came out and made her way along the front of the queue asking people what they were in for and directing them as necessary - it seems the lady on the service desk was helping a customer out with something that was taking a while.
What appeared to be a manager also made his way along the queue apologising for the delay.
I was directed to the cashiers desk for my query. The lady there was very helpful and my query resolved promptly.
Overall a pleasant experience once the nature of the cause of the queues was transparent.

Whilst queuing for a cashier today I was told by a member of staff ?helping? that I could only pay cash in via the automated machine. The cashiers desk was for businesses transactions only. When I questioned this I was met with a very rude attitude. I said surely this can?t be Lloyds policy. I stood my ground and waited in the que. when I eventually got to the cashiers desk I I asked the cashier if I could indeed pay cash in and was told yes. When I explained what had happened in the que the cashier said her colleague was trying to offer me an alternative way to pay in. That?s NOT what happened. She lied and said the counter was for business transactions ONLY. Clearly an attempt to make everyone use the unreliable automated machine! ( The machine has broken previously 4 times with my card In). Luckily the people around me heard the original comment and backed me up. SHOCKING staff trying to cover for each other. Don?t lie to customers and then berate them when they question you. The staff need to be retrained on policy. SHOCKING customer service.

Went into this branch today the staff recently have no clue what there doing I wanted to try open a joint bank account with my partner but they said I was not able to I asked them why and they said we don't know then she still tried to book me an appointment to do this the staff are so unhelpful and there attitude towards customer is not on I won't be returning to this branch until A they get new staff or B THEY have a serious attitude change

Really unhelpfull Staff over there, dont bother going there in person as they will tell you to call their line before u can even finish the sentence.Manager was also rude, wasnt looking to give any solution at all and was lacking basic manners as she been constantly interrupting and arguing instead of try to sort out the situation.She wasnt listening at all and was very arrogant. When she got frustrated she was behaving very unprofessional and even had audacity to throw some threats...I highly reccomend to avoid that place as they also had water dripping from the celling to the multiple buckets right by the main desk.Deffinitely not the type of People You want deposit your Money with.

Lloyds feels safe as one of the traditional banks, but has good online banking and an excellent app, plus the Club Lloyds account does give some genuine benefits to a straightforward current account. This bank is one of the best bank in the UK.

Been with this bank longer than I can remember and I can say I've never had issues at all and I find the staff very pleasant and helpful

I had a mortgage advisor appointment in which the advisor who spoke to me had to be told to calm down and he was getting very frustrated. We aren?t all mortgage experts so we don?t know everything which he expected. It sounded like an Asian chap who was acting like he doesn?t want to be on the call any longer and had better things to do. Ashamed of this service given and if it wasn?t for me overheating my moms conversation with the gentlemen I wouldn?t have stepped in to tell him to change his tone.
