Wouldn?t use again - after Judy left I had no support and little contact (and what I did have was pushing the buyer?s side, I think they?d forgotten it was me paying their fees not my buyer). Before completion today haven?t spoken to anyone there in 5 weeks (and exchange was two weeks ago) - and even today the contact was from me, not them. Luckily my solicitor was very good and helped me through everything - but feel Hunters should have been doing more

A professional, efficient, comprehensive and friendly service. From first enquiry to completion, the sales team at Hunters, led by Robbie, have been hugely supportive in the sale of our family home. We have just moved into our new home yesterday with thanks to Emma on the lettings team. We were in a very tricky situation meaning we needed to be in somewhere within the week! This didn't put Emma off at all and she was straight in there ready to help and was so quick with arranging it all for us, meaning we were in the property within just 5 working days!! Absolutely amazing work and can't thank Emma enough for helping us get in our new home.

Tom Waldron has been quite amazing, he is professional, polite, knowledgeable and has exceptional interpersonal skills. I initially contacted several estate agents and chose Hunters because of Tom's courteous and knowledgeable interaction right from the initial phone call. If I ran and business and was hiring staff Tom would be on my list to employ.

Had a terrible experience with one of their landlords. Landlord tried to basically scam us out of our deposit, going as far as to claim for keys that were returned to her and evidenced. The matter went to an adjudicator who ruled mainly in our favour. I'm very disappointed in hunters for associating with such landlords and worse yet, not helping customers in our position. They never once provided any real support eventhough it was clear as day that the landlord just wanted to keep our deposit money. They may seem kind and friendly, but don't try to rely on them when things go wrong and you need them. They need to get their landlords and landladys a lot better than they do. And certainly need to provide support to victims who are renting under them. Fortunately, the laws are now changing in favour of renters. Either way, we won't be dealing with Hunters and I hope anyone reading this heads our caution. We got lucky enough to have enough money to sort out mortgage without needing that deposit back immediately but we could've easily been stranded for doing nothing wrong. It took months to get it back and not a word of apology from hunters when it was all over. Truly disappointing.

We bought a house and the seller was using Hunters. As we were first time purchasers they were great to work with and very helpful. They answered all our questions and offered a personable, common sense approach, as well as offering reassurance and following up for us when there were delays/issues with the purchase. I would certainly use them if I was selling a property and recommend them as fair, honest, and working in the best interests of all parties.
