I visited Heavenly Dessert 19/10/2025 to enjoy a coffee and relax, and I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The place was empty, and there was no rush, yet a staff member refused to let me sit where I wanted and was rude in the way he addressed me.
I expected to feel calm and enjoy my coffee, but the staff?s behavior ruined the experience. Overall, it was a bad experience for me, and I wouldn?t recommend it if you?re looking for a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

This location is epic, the interior and design overall rocks!
The service was awesome and a huge shout out to Ahmed he was attentive, professional and his product knowledge was really good.
The hot drinks selection is worth it, we entertained cheeky date with a kharak chai and hot chocolate and was not disappointed.
For those who know..parle g biscuits accompany the chai!
Post going there on the first visit we returned for brunch on our anniversary and we were not dissapointed! GINEL the store manager pulled off an epic show of dedication and appreciation. She made sure everything was just perfect, the brunch was 10/10! GINEL even went out her way to provide a cheeky happy anniversary gestured dessert, it was much appreciated. I feel there is something special within this heavenly desserts, they are consistent and always wanting to please with both products and services. With an awesome manager and of course Ahmed there this branch by far is our favourite! I wish I could have taken a picture of all the food on our table which made many people stop and look but it was too good of a moment to waste so we tucked in and deservedly so finished it all off! Thank you so much, will be back soon.

Waited there for 10 minutes and nobody came to take us to a table. There were only two tables were taken but the staffs just can?t see us. Please educate me why????
