Food was late, staff was rude and not helpful when asked how long food was going to be, food came out cold sent back was not happy as it was a family birthday celebration and some people never ate anything. Poor service

Exceptional Dining Experience at Harvester Castlegate, Dudley
I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Harvester Castlegate, Dudley last night with a friend, and it was a truly memorable experience from start to finish!
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles, and the restaurant?s immaculate cleanliness immediately set a positive tone. Our waitress, Danielle, went above and beyond to make the evening feel special. Her attentive, polite, and courteous approach ensured we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed or interrupted. Service like hers is rare and added a personal touch that made us feel incredibly well taken care of.
The atmosphere was fabulous?relaxed yet lively, creating the perfect setting for a great meal.
As for the food?delicious! We started with the Salad Bar, which offered a fresh and varied selection that didn?t disappoint. For the main course, we opted for the mixed grill, which included rotisserie chicken, rump steak, and gammon steak. Every bite was tender, smoky, and perfectly seasoned?a real treat for the taste buds! Not only was the food packed with flavour, but it also offered great value for money, which makes Harvester stand out even more.
A special mention to the entire waiting team, including Cheryl and Lee, who were equally attentive and contributed to making the visit a memorable one. Their friendly and professional service made us feel welcome and valued throughout the evening.

Was served by Lee who gave us excellent service as when we got the meals, the chips were not hot enough so Lee got us some hot chips which was brilliant customer service. We will be back for more .....

The service was fantastic can't fault the girl who served our table, the starters were lovely the main meal was not good at all, both me and the wife had mix grill and he was not good. The steak was horrible and the chicken looked raw.
