Greggs is going down hill. Cold food, ran out of sausage rolls, I'd you wanted one 15 mins to bake hence no forward planning. No cheese ham toasties this was at 1300hrs. Slow young staff. Greggs in Dudley really gone down hill, totally put off using any Greggs again worst experience ever.

This was probably one of my worst eating experiences. The store was crowded and the tables were dirty. There was a man asleep with his phone charging on his lap and someone smelt of urine. A man came and asked if he could sit at my table. He told me that the previous day four men had entered the store with balaclavas and knives. He said they had leapt over the counter and ran upstairs. I don't think I will visit again.

Staff wouldn?t shutup about ?uni life? and boys meanwhile there was a queue out the door my sandwich looked like it had been sat on sort this out! I?ve lived in Dudley my entire life I?m so ashamed.

Possibly the worst Greggs I?ve been to. Bins overflowing, tables dirty. Staff chatting behind counter and leaving one member of staff with ques out the door. Not wearing gloves when making sandwiches. Shelves were half empty at 9:30am.
