Ordered from Greggs today. Half of order was missing but not Greggs fault. Delivery driver from just eat was so rude and impatient that he only collected half of the order and walked out. Took it up with Greggs, they were very apologetic, corrected the mistake and gave us some cakes as a Goodwill gesture. Food is lovely, my only complaint is with just eat!

The pies here are always cold. No matter time you get here. I just came and it?s busy as usual and guess what the steak bake is cold again. Would appreciate it if they were even a bit warm. Hence I always try to avoid.

Open until 7pm apparently, however refused to serve me a hot drink at 6:38pm. Also, cannot get up the steps with my pram, so certainly not disabled user friendly

what a miserable place staff attitude stinks and food quality is very low, you can never get a warm bake here ever half of what Gregg's offer is never available, what is even the point of this so called bakery?

Ordered a sausage roll via the app for 9am collection. Arrived was told to wait a couple of minutes which ended up being 25mins. Everyone else was getting served while I was standing there Deliveroo driver that arrived after me even got his order before me. No gloves were being used to prepare the food. Was handed a cold sausage roll with a bag filled with ketchup. Had to throw the food in the bin after I left. Didn?t want to say much as the servers were kids.
