Hadn?t been here for such a long time and was expecting much but it was a great experience. The young lady that looked after us was a diamond. My phone battery was dead and she offered to charge it for me, she was attentive and sat us in the round booth as requested. Her level of service was brilliant (sorry I don?t know her name, young and petite) the food came out really hot and quick too. Everything was tasty and the atmosphere was lovely in here today. Thank you!

I placed an order through Uber for a Calzone. Received the Calzone at home, stone cold and not cooked. The dough was raw. I have tried phoning the restaurant but have had no reply. This is disgusting. It's one to be cold but to be RAW, NOT COOKED. THIS IS MORE THAN AN OVERSIGHT.

Staff was extremely friendly
Food waiting time was not long all orders came out at the same time for booking of 9 . Decently priced , food was extremely nice. Lovely atmosphere

The waitressing Staff was very friendly, the service was quick and the food also came out quickly. Food was absolutely delicious and would definitely come here again.

Parking: Out side of restaurant
Wheelchair accessibility: Good for disabled. Seating good room and bathroom facilities are good. Staff are helpful as well.

We had bad experience with the staff. lack of professionalism
A new girl she doesn?t know how to manage the order and also they made mistakes with the order.
At the end to leave my friends pay for jelly and don?t receive any and a man was very rude with them . they kicked them out of the restaurant refusing to give them what they actually paid for.

Poor customer service,
Entered and the place was quite busy, due to having autism and struggling with the noise level on one side of the restaurant that was full, I asked to sit somewhere quieter (half of the restaurant was empty) and the lady serving told me it would be too difficult to deliver the food to a quieter part of the restaurant.
Unfortunately decided not eat there due to the ladies attitude and inability to provide inclusivity.
