I would have preferred if there was no star. Being a business owner myself for the last 30 years I know exactly the importance of good customer service and loyalty. This was one of the worst businesses we?ve had to deal with you can?t fault the fitters, however the main man himself Hassan was rude, adamant and unreasonable over an issue. They would not give back a refund. The reason behind it was of no fault of ourselves but he demonstrated poor communication skills. Will never recommend these to anyone else.

would never ever recommend to anyone in million yearsAndy and his team absolutely u u professional and their contractors to fit carpets.They came to fit in our house n left the mess all over the carpet after fitting and asked us to clean ourself instead of cleaning after the job and really rude
