Staff shocking service . Vaping while taking orders , and i confronted them by self about the situation as I was in there with my children, he stated it was fine because was breathing it out facing ceiling !! Disgusting !! And to top it off one of the workers pass another worker a joint/ spliff / cannabis what ever you wanna call it and they go on car park in car smoking away !! Workers fully need customer service training , unless they just cant be bothered with there job role, or because young and cant be bothered !! And most of all a designated smoking area for staff out of customers view designated for staff and not in my children's lungs !!

Food was extremely poor qualityThe burger was very dry and no tasteThe drink served with the burger meal was like a kids drink. It was so embarrassing I couldn't believe it. The portion was so small.The sauce was so runny like water it was unbelievable. There was no taste what so everThe seating was rubbish I had to sit on on end of the table whilst my friend had to sit on the other end of the table we couldn't even enjoy the food togetherIt was overall a very bad experienceI would recommend no one to visit this branch

Ordered two supreme chicken and hash brown burgers and they sent them and they didn't put hash browns on them and then I phoned them up and they tolde.we ain't delivering after 10 o'clock disgraceful
