Parking: Large parking lot but can get busy as it serves several eateries and cinema.

Took 25 mins for drinks and mains never arrived even after an hour of waiting even though it was not busy and several other people who came into the restaurant after us got their food first, staff were rude and didn't even ask how the starter was or why we asked for the bill to leave early nor did they apologise i wouldn't recommend to anyone. Very disappointed

We come a lot and service is normally great but it felt like our waiter forgot about us, he served and gave the bill to two tables around us who arrived over 30 mins after us and we were waiting around for ages and didn?t even get offered the dessert menu. Normally a good experience but not good today.

Not sure what the point is in booking a table when you're made to wait 30 minutes at the bar either way...
Also, are the chefs meant to be wearing hair nets?

8 of us had food here this weekend. Cost £230 in total for 4 adults and 4 kids. Food was better than ok but nothing special. Staff were disinterested and I would presume the lady that lead us to our table was management. She has zero customer service skills and in fact quite rude, for that reason we won't be going back. We only ended up in there as it was the only place that wasn't booked up. Place was empty, wonder why...

Staff are still great, but the lunch menu - what a huge disappointment! ? Can no longer get Chicken Enchiladas on there, and the Churros have completely changed and weren't nice at all. Please bring back the old menu!

Visited Chiquito this week with a friend, and we had a fantastic experience overall!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant was spotless, a testament to how much care the team puts into making every guest feel comfortable. Our waitress, Jess, was absolutely wonderful?polite, attentive, and genuinely courteous. It?s rare to find service with such a personal touch, and she made our visit that much more enjoyable!
Now, onto the food! We started with the Queso Fundido, and although it didn?t quite hit the mark in terms of flavour, the team more than redeemed themselves with the main course. The Ultimate Fajita was absolutely scrumptious?bursting with flavour, perfectly cooked, and served with all the right fixings. Every bite was a delight! And just when we thought it couldn?t get better, the Mini Churros arrived. They were light, crispy, and paired with the most heavenly dipping sauce. Honestly, the perfect way to end the meal.
Sure, not everything was flawless, but the experience, service, and overall quality of the food made this visit one to remember. If you?re looking for a place to enjoy good food and even better service, go and support Chiquito!
