Ordered takeaway from here, some of the best takeout pizzas I?ve had. The vegetarian hot one is also amazing, with it actually being spicy and soooo good. All in all, amazing food, pretty good price and I think I?ve found my new favourite pizza place!

Had 2 previous lovely meals, this one was barely warm, chips were cold and not crispy at all like previous ones. Normally like their food , but this was a £12+ letdown , not happy

3rd time but was last time , disgusting and low quality food collected grilled burger meal not properly cooked not even grilled staff tried to charged me £6 mention prices was £5 . Definitely this take away should be shut down where is dudley council who is responsible for their food quality . RIP dudley council ?

Not only once but twice has our kids had food poisoning from your food. Sort yourselves out. Cook your food properly instead of it being watery and pink. Not very happy with you service and food.

Try putting napkins / serviettes in with your takeout food. Incase it?s not clear what that is, it?s something to wipe your hands on. Wake up, you?re serving fried chicken with nothing to clean your hands on. What the hell.

If I could rate 0 stars I would.
Our food arrived but missing the main meal (pizza) £11 it cost for the pizza alone and we were basically robbed of the money as we never had the pizza arrive.
Even the food we had delivered was cold and chips tasted like cardboard.
Poor service and we even called and they hung up on us so we had to call back and still got no where.
We are usually regular customers of chicka filla but because this has happened TWICE now we won?t be ordering again and you will be reported to uber for bad service and missing items.

Honestly I came here a few times because I saw they had a lot of choices in their menu, but these past two times that I came here the quality of the place hasn't been very pleasant and neither the food. I had my order mixed up two times and the workers were just Straight up rude to me shouting at me for no reason while asking what I wanted thus is because I wasn't comunicating well with his teamate but I was trying to be as calm as possible to get my order right. I waited almost an hour while they did 10 plus orders. And after eating the food I just felt very sick and bloated.
Also the hygene of this place is just very rancid and they barely clean the tables let alone the bin doors.

Standards have really dropped and the taste of the food is really bad. My order got mixed up I had chips in my wrap and asked for six wings but end up getting 2 piece chicken and chips and got charged £4 extra for 1/4 of peri chicken single. The lady can't communicate in English and continuosly denied charging me more . I was a regular customer but not anymore that's for sure . DONT RECOMMEND!!!!

The food actually has potential to be nice.
The fillets for the burgers are too thing double them up thickness
Fries should be fresh to order
Front of house staff should not be on the phone
Clean the shop regularly
If you change your ways you could actually make double. If not youll be closed in a few years
