Worst service ever. I bought a laptop and tried to return it, but the seller refused to give me a refund. When I asked for his name, he even refused to share that. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. No help from customer support either. This place is not trustworthy at all. I strongly advise others to avoid buying anything from here. Total waste of money and time.

Very disappointed with the service. I bought a laptop and decided to return it within the return period, but the seller refused to issue a refund. Customer support was unhelpful and unresponsive. I feel cheated and frustrated. This experience has been a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend buying from this seller to anyone. Stay away if you expect honest and reliable service. Stay away from this Mr.Manager who is very rude for his customers

Sell an item , 3 days later your having to chase payment, not to be notified and have to go through customer service email to then go back in store for them to make an excuse up as to why you haven't received payment yet. Then when the manager was questioned about why the sale wasnt processed properly 3 days earlier their words was 'I don't know bro , I wasn't in enit'

Tuesday...
Very poor customer service from a young male assistant..circa 2.30 pm..
Purchased phone and when it turned off it would not turn on again...
The bigger issue...
Is how this person conducted himself..
Very poor ability to comprehend customers concerns....
Derogatory tone..
Unpleasant attitude..
Inability to fix issue is debatable but the way they speak to people sub standard....
Perhaps needs to go on a customer awareness course ...
Ability..1/10.

Good range of products however customer service is awful. When I approached a lady (i assume is the manager) at the till for help, she completely ignored me and my question, turned to a staff member and said ?can you jump on? and then carried on with whatever she was doing. I found this so rude and off putting. I'd expect her to have replied by saying I?ll get someone to help you. Won?t be going to this branch again.

The Manager at the shop is very friendly easy to talk to brought a Xbox series x and he went above and beyond to help me on the request I needed Thank you Again. PS cex dudley didn't used to be that good but with the new staff I think you're doing alot better than it used it be
