I lost the receipt of the qr code. I was served by Emma, extremely helpful, easy to talk to. Great customer service skills. Brightened my day of getting all the stuff ready for son's birthday with her light and friendly approach. Had great suggestions so I didn't have to think for myself. Staff must be on low pay so obviously didn?t wanna deal with my nieces faulty balloon and tried to tell me it wasn?t faulty and her work colleague agreed saying it could be something to do with room temperature. As soon as I left the shop the balloon started going down again and my mom is trying to see what she can do so it can last a few days.

I love this shop! Been in today with specific requirements for a 2 year old?s dinosaur themed birthday party, they had EVERYTHING! Balloons, cards, teddy bears?. The staff were extremely helpful, approachable and friendly. Very happy customer!

Amazing customer service which is very rare these days by Emma abit late to put the review up busy life went in with da Mrs wearing a mosque hat as I just finished praying just for a balloon wrapping paper and card for my son Emma served us with a smile which was very uncommon in Dudley if you wear a mosque hat she's very creative helped us select and showed us a 2 balloon combination a giant batman and a number 12 which looked great together so I bought 2 instead of 1 and Mario wrapping paper with a amazing card she even asked us what length we want our balloons great prices here too I remembered my niece too so bought a extra card for her Emma was so kind and even asked us what couler weight we want and the main thing if we need selletape which I thanked her for because that's the thing I usually forget really appreciate it we left the balloon order and 10 min later on my arrival it was beautifully bagged and ready for us to collect she even came around the counter giving us the bag in our hand as it was so big I hope she gets recognised for going that extra mile assisting a customer and providing great service we probably spent abit more money here than expected but every penny was worth it May Allah (God) protect her and increase her rizq (income) she played a big role in putting a big smile on my son's face xxxx
