Not one to usually leave reviews but felt that the team at the Bramford went above and beyond on my visit and the 5 stars is a very accurate reflection of the service they provide. Me and my wife's new favourite spot to come to after work or for a drink on the weekend. Would recommend highly if you live in the area or are visiting it.

Had a fantastic time/experience here on a quiet Sunday evening for a meal with my family. The portion sizes were generous and for the price, the quality was fantastic. A nice range of draught beer also, served by staff who were chatty and friendly! Will certainly be visiting again very soon.
Kid-friendliness: The staff at the Bramford did everything to ensure that our kids had a great time along with ourselves, made sure they had crayons and activity packs whilst also chatting to them and putting a smile on their faces. Small gestures that really went a long way so thank you ever so much.

We have been going here for years, This time was our last, The meals where absolutely disgusting, jerk chicken was over cooked and bland, tandoor chicken was like a child's portion, and the 3rd meal was not the one we ordered. No wonder the place was empty. Needs new management

We whent to breakfast with Santa this morning 21/12/24. All staff were wonderful, Santa took time with all the children, Staff were really wonderful and the Breakfast was to die for, the best we have had for at least 18 months. Will certainly be checking to see if Breakfast is available every weekend after New Year. I am a widow and treated my grandchildren and their mom. could not fault anything
I certainly felt comfortable enough to go and eat breakfast alone. Very welcoming.

Food was okay nothing to brag about, we had the Christmas menu and ordered christmas dinner, turkey was dry and the roast potatoes looked like they were still froze. Everything else was decent, they didn't sit us in the dining area, they sat us in the bar area which I thought was wrong as we paid a deposit to ensure we was in the dining area. Service was absolutely awful took them over half an hour to bring our food and when they did they didn't bring it out all at once which personally I think it should be bought all out together. We waited a while for them to collect our plates and our deserts took ages to come out to us, we eneded up having to ask a waitress where they were, they also came out staggered and when the christmas fudge cake came out it wasn't prepared properly so had ti send it back which meant waiting even longer. The atmosphere was vile, they had a quiz on not sure why you would put that on whilst people are still eating, it was a racket.There was a group of people, regulars from what we could gather making a mess, being extremely loud in the bar area and knocking chairs over. The glasses were very dirty, looked like they hadnt been washed, lipstick marks and grease marks up them. Will not be returning not the greatest experience.

Visited the Bramford arms this afternoon (Thursday ) for some lunch with the family and was greeted with a huge smile by Alex. She was very welcoming, asked about allergens and made us feel very welcomed. Was served a lovely steak cooked by daz to perfection. Service spot on, we will definitely be returning

As a large party they accommodated us well. Out meals came out without much wait and the karaoke gave great entertainment. Our server Emma was really helpful and polite. Down side was that they could have done with more staff on the bar as only one serving and there was a long wait at times.
