A small Boots chemist, having said that they stock drugs much larger chemists don't have and they have helped me out of a hole a couple of times. They have stocked drugs prescribed for me that several others chemists haven't after calls to a dozen others they have been the only chemist with the drugs I needed
The staff are extremely friendly and they do go the proverbial mile for you. The pharmacist will hold drugs for you until you can get there. All in all I have to say it's 10 stars out of 10.

Staff are always helpful to my elderly mum but getting through on the phone is a nightmare. No answer for ages and then a high-pitched sound and no one on the line. (Happens repeatedly)

Really annoyed! Took a prescription in yesterday, but only half could be fulfilled. Went back today for the rest to be told we'd have to get another prescription for the remaining meds and would have to pay for that new prescription to be filled! £20+ for one prescription! ??

I love this pharmacy and needing medication frequently means I?m there a lot! Everyone is so helpful, the Manager can?t do enough and he?s so pleasant I wouldn?t go anywhere else. The girls have even stayed late to help me. If there are any issues I don?t think ppl realise it?s usually down to inefficient GP?s!!!

Always late opening. Why advertise that the shop is open at 9 when the earliest is 9.10. Service not customer orientated more like what are you doing here spoiling my day.Rubbish.

Dreadful service today. I called to collect my husband?s prescription which was sent by the doctor on Tuesday. It wasn?t ready so I waited, and waited. And waited. Three other customers were served with their prescriptions and I finally, after nearly 15 minutes, spoke to the assistant. Apparently the tablets were waiting for pharmacists approval and he said he didn?t know they were there. I find that rather doubtful considering how busy they suddenly were and how many prescriptions were being submitted for approval. Very poor indeed. I?m glad I?m not ill and in desperate need.

Terrible!!Two occasions now I have ordered prescription. They failed to contact the doctor. I ran out of tablets!Placed on line order with boots to be collected from wall heath. They failed to let me know they had received it.
