Served by MEGAN, and have got to say she was absolutely amazing. Very attentive at every point of our meal even down to making sure our bottomless soft drinks were refilled! Food was amazing!Thankyou!

10/10 service both times we?ve visited. The robot servers are always fun for the kids to see. Staff are amazing and treat everyone with the utmost care. The food is mostly decent standard family restaurant quality. The desserts and drinks are definitely the highlight there though.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options here.Dietary restrictions: They also have options for vegetarian and gluten free requirements.Parking: There is a large complex with plenty of parking. Parking is not an issue here.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. There?s a motorbike that the kids love to pretend to ride on, a robot server and generally enough space for them to stretch their legs without disturbing other tables.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

We met up with friends for a saturday lunchtime meal. It was an ideal place to meet as we were travelling from different locations. Parking was easy and the restaurant was moderately busy. The menu was good and there were plenty of options for lower calorie meals. Staff were friendly and efficient and the novelty factor of being served by the Robot waiters brought a smile to everyone's face! They even sang happy birthday to the diners celebrating their birthdays!

Handy place to go if you've been to an early show at the cinema. Parking not a problem, hundreds of spots. We went at lunch time when there was hardly anyone there. Food was very nice but the portions were a little smaller than the last time I was there , also there seemed to be less menu options available.Also they have a robotic waiter which was fun but seems more of a gimmick than a real labour saving device.

Excellent customer service ,the staff could not have done more to make our dining experience better , will be back next week. Food was top class , very tasty and piping hot.

Decidedly bang average for the price. Pasta overcooked in the wife's dish.....chicken overcooked in mine. Overpriced food & wine but you have to expect that from these kind of places....if the food is decent you don't mind so much....in this case it wasn't!!

Took a trip with my husband as he?d never tried Bella Italia before. On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely member of staff who was very helpful from the get go. He asked if we?d been before, about allergies and even laughed at my partners awful joke! We were seated promptly with menus and had our drinks order taken within 3 minutes of being sat down. We completed the order online which made our experience a lot better as I didn?t feel rushed to make a decision on food. There was a quirky little waiter robot with a kitten face going around the restaurant with peoples food on. Put a smile on my face as I?d never seen such a thing before. It was cute and really enjoyed seeing it go past to the gelato station!! Food came quickly even though the restaurant was slightly busy, was delicious and filling.We will definitely be back :)

Always great service and a fantastic range if you are prone to allergies. Our dining party usually includes 2 vegans and 2 gluten free people and bella's menu never disappoints. In fact i dont think they have ordered the same dish twice due to the range.Staff are super friendly and accommodating.Whilst others enjoy pastas and pizzas, i am a big fan of bella's cheeseburger with an extra patty...always hits the spot!

Food was fresh, well prepared, hot, tasty and served quickly. Must give a shout out to 'Becky O', our waitress. She was just fabulous - Very attentive (despite being very busy), nothing was too much trouble, she was friendly, welcoming, genuine, down to earth, and really added to the enjoyment of our meal. She was uncommonly good. I don't very often gush about restaurant staff (it's all about the food for me!) but she really did stand out. Highly recommend this place ?

Extremely overpriced and over rated. First and last visit to this restaurant. Genuinely disappointed as we'd booked a table for 8 birthday celebration. Starters weren't too bad but the mains, pizza, pasta etc were poor. Tasteless and tepid. A bill arrived, £250 in total with a £23 gratuity already added. I asked for it to be removed and chose to tip our waitress separately as she had been attentive and very pleasant. Unfortunately, it seems the takeaway orders are priority as 2 and a half hours for our meal was excessive. Disappointed to say the least.

Nice interior, wanted to spend good time with family. Ordered 2 kids menu and some for adults adult food was ok, but cucumber in kids starter was soft and moldy! You could clearly see it, I asked to change it, ok. But then came kids pizza. With soured pineapple!! All pineapples in both pizzas were completely soured and tasted funny. Little one started leaving them on the side, that's why I decided to try. Totally disappointing. Question to kitchen. Do you guys look what you give to children?!?!?! Hope the older one who ate half of those pineapples from pizza won't vomit in the evening. Thanks to stuff they cancelled the whole order, and went away. But really disappointing to have such a mess on the kitchen with pretty looking interior. Not sure that we'll give second chance. Really worth hiring new people for kitchen, and change whole team on it. As this is unacceptable.

So me and my partner came to Bella Italia before and everything was perfect. this time round it wasn?t as good, we were taken to our table with our ?sever? who actually never served us at all in the end and we had to order on the app. we understand you?re understaffed but it was like we were just shoved in a corner and forgot about. Our food took a while to come there was a lovely lady who was rushing around sorting out her own tables and managed to help out with our issues in the end. When our mains came we got given a dirty used pizza cutter which was stated ?clean?. The food wasn?t the greatest as it was before the carbonara tasted like water no flavor what so ever. Don?t think we will be coming back unfortunately.

As I went for an anniversary dinner date night, I had high expectations, and it did not disappoint. The food was lovely, the atmosphere was lovely and the servers (including robot servers) were also lovely. The food was a little highly priced, but that was to be expected from a restaurant such as this. The drinks on offer were also enjoyable and they have a wide variety on their menu.Vegetarian options: Dishes were marked as to whether or not they were vegetarian, or had a vegetarian alternative.Parking: Large parking area that serves all of the Castlegate Business Complex, housing other restaurants as well as a cinema and a bowling alley.Dietary restrictions: As soon as we sat at our table, the waiter asked if we had any dietary restrictions.

A comfortable, cosy atmosphere. The place was very clean, and the servers were very attentive. Very cool robotic servers roaming around the floor made for a very fun experience. The food was carried by robots taking the strain off the servers and arrived decently quickly and was hot.Vegetarian options: Many of the options on the menu had markers for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.Dietary restrictions: Was asked about any dietary or allergy restrictions as soon as we were sat.Parking: Large parking lot for the entire leisure complex that the restaurant sits on
