Very busy Saturday evening, Lilly was lovely, nothing was too much trouble, she seemed to be in 5 places at once. Will be back to see her if nothing else :)

I had the pleasure of dining at Bella Italia recently, and Lilly made the experience unforgettable. Her enthusiasm and friendly demeanor truly set the tone for an enjoyable meal. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
What stood out the most was her genuine passion for great customer service. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and consistently checked in to ensure we were happy with our meal. Her bright energy and positive attitude are exactly what every diner hopes for.
Thank you, Lilly, for making our visit so special! Bella Italia is lucky to have someone as fantastic as you on their team. Highly recommend dining here and asking for Lilly as your waitress!

my server lilly was wonderful, however, the young lad who bought over our drinks was rather dashing. i didn?t care about his service i was just astonished by his looks.

Amazing restaurant, staff were very friendly. Food was delicious and the waitress Lilly was very smiley and attentive, definitely recommend and will be visiting here again.
