I booked in for a pedicure but what i received fell short of any pedicures i had before.My toe nails and cuticles were trimmed and I had gel nails painted, it still cost me £35 .At no point were my feet soaked or any hard skin removed or moisturised.I thought that must be their procedure until I spoke to a friend recently.I wont be going back.

The nail work was good, but the customer service was awful. I was made to feel like a burden for asking for an acrylic soak off. I suggest you do not offer these services to people who have had their nails done elsewhere if your response is to complain and make the customer feel unwelcome.
