Branch often closed significantly before official closing hours. Once, when I challenged the staff, rude and unapologetic behaviour was just shocking.I have complained online, but the answer was completely dismissing. Overall, a very bad experience! And one more, price hike pace just unbelievable.

I'm saddened that the attitude of one of the staff members at Cradley Heath Post Office is so bad! Talk about hostility! If customer service is not the job for you, then by all means, find something that makes you happy, then the customers will all be happy too!

Look online to see I can renew my Passport through this branch despite using the paper form, get told by the person on the counter renewals aren't done here.Thanks for treating me this way Post Office, I'll use the government site and spend money on postage.

Customer service is the worst I have even encountered. One of the women constantly looking at her phone? The other is bad tempered and hostile. Very unhelpful and rude.

I rarely go to Cradley Heath but each time I've visited this post office I've been amazed at the number of cashiers available!! It's never been busy, probably as they have so many cashiers, on this occasion there were 3 and not another customer in sight.The building is somewhat unkempt but the service is fine ?

Went there to post something and wanted to ask a couple of simple questions about the delivery and packaging.The woman behind the counter was just very short tempered and had a terrible attitude she needs sacking! The furthest thing from helpfulWont be returning in a hurry.
