Pleasant staff, there was a que when I entered but it went down very quickly. I was there to ask a ridiculous question but the staff was great and very helpful. One of the better lloyds branches I have been too.

Great service from the team of staff at this branch. Even with my complex banking requirements, the staff were attentive and understanding, working with me to find a resolution instead of just fobbing me off to telephone banking as seems to be the way thes days with in-branch banking these days.
