Been registered since birth and rarely had a problem that wasn?t resolved. Dr. Stannard and Dr. Thayer are both brilliant doctors and are happy to go the extra mile for you. They listen to your problem and will discus treatments which you?re comfortable with and that?s right for you. Couldn?t recommend enough!

Younger reception staff seem more interested in themseves than dealing with ill patients. One even suggesting that I'd printed my own hospital letter. Clinical pharmacist total waste of space sorry but true

Anytime you have appointment you have to wait for 1 hour to be seen.

Can't say anything negative about the practice at all. Very good with my mom in her last years and have always been attentive and understanding with my own health . Very pleasant receptionist team.

I know there?s a lot of bad press surrounding GP surgery?s but I have never ever been able to fault Haden Vale ever since I registered here 5 years ago. The ANP Sara is lovely and puts everyone at ease, I think I?ve probably seen every dr here and have never had a bad experience. I?m able to get seen when I need to be seen, and have never had any issues with the reception staff. The team here do a great job and I?m glad to be a patient at the practice.

Mostly had a good experience at Haden Vale both receptionists and medical staff.Only one off moment with a receptionist but this was resolved without any reason to give a negative review. I've been with Haden Vale since they opened on Timbertree estate and will continue as long as Iive in the area.

This review is long overdue, but Haden Vale GP practice is second to none. From our experience with the team, everyone from the receptionists, to the GP's, nurses and even the cleaners really are the most friendly bunch. Everyone cares and wants to help. We relocated to West Midlands in April last year and had the most atrocious experience with another GP practice so were extremely careful when applying for another practice. However Haden Vale tick all the right boxes so if your thinking about joining, you most certainly will not regret.Thank you to all the the team at Haden Vale GP Practice.

I have had a very strong flu for 3 weeks, fever, body aches, a lot of coughing and I call the Gpi every day and the only solution on the part of the Medical Center is to go to the pharmacy or call 111. I am completely disappointed with the your service because , I was transferred to this medical center more than 4 years ago and until today I have never been able to see a doctor. The decay of our medical services in the UK is visible and shameful...it is regrettable that the world does not know about this

All that people want is a decent frame time for a face to face appointment , every one else is working as normal people are still Ill but not getting to see a doctor

Can I just say a big thank you to all of the doctors and staff at this surgery. I?ve never failed to get an appointment when I?ve needed one (or had a telephone call), with my children getting the most attentive care possible. I?ve heard many bad stories about GP practices but speak as you find, this one is fantastic. I?m so grateful for all that you have done - thank you!

Reception staff are a bit hit and miss? but always manage to get an appointment when calling at 8. Find the nurses/doctors really lovely and helpful - especially Sarah! Have family members registered to different doctors around the area and honestly think this is the best locally.
