Placed an order for click + collect. Unfortunately, there had been an issue with the system, but the staff went above and beyond to rectify the order & gave me complimentary hot drink & cake whilst I waited.

It?s Greggs of course the food is always spot on you you know what you?re getting, the only complaint about this particular branch is maybe due to the size they often run out of stock of certain things which is a bit disappointing when you?re looking forward to a particular item, I could keep the stock levels up throughout the day then it would be a small branch, but the uncertainty of availability knock it down a little bit
