Lovely shop with a great range of carpets beds and headboards. Paul and Dave were super efficient the rough quote given in the shop was the same as when Paul visited. Really good communication and looking forward to our carpet being fitted.

Customer service is non-existent. The 'Salesman' was abrupt, rude, arrogant and clearly just wanted the money. Claimed he couldn't carry a single bed upstairs so I did it myself. Disgraceful to say the least for a local company, avoid.

Had double stairs and landing carpeted. Good quality carpet and good value for money. Will be coming back as we want the bedrooms done next. Bruce was the carpet fitter. Fantastic job and what a lovely guy.

I had previously left a glowing review after having carpets fitted by this shop . However , after today's visit I won't be using them again .Need to train their staff in the art of customer care , I'll go elsewhere for my carpeting needs in future .

Won?t be using again after fitters turned up and expected my elderly mother to rip up the old carpets. Not once was we told we had to do this. Sales man abrupt, cocky and arrogant. No thank you, avoid, as you?re money and custom obviously means nothing to them.
