Been several times and never had any problems. Served by a lady who was rude, took our order and when we come to pay said it was cash only. We had to then leave to get cash. We were given our order- we checked it and was missing the drinks to our ?meal deal? and sauce. Came back and started to eat our food. Chicken strips tasted of pure flour and was not cooked properly. My partner had Chicken wings who said they tasted okay however more greasy than normal. I could not eat the chicken strips due to them not being cooked properly. My partner then awoke during the night with severe stomach pains, diarrhoea and vomiting. We attended an urgent treatment centre as he was crippled in pain to be told it is food poisoning!!!!
It?s such a shame to write this review as like I say we have NEVER had a bad thing to say. The man that works there is lovely and is always helpful. However the first time meeting the woman and it was the worst experience ever! She needs to be sacked for the sake of future customers!

Just not got what it takes. Man serving me looked sweaty and unhygienic. Also looked like he was looking through me instead of at me.

Went into branch and asked for 3 piece chicken and chips. Was told no chicken for 30+
minutes. For a fast food is rediculous!especially for just before 8 o,clock. Chips where soggy and wings weren't stated as hot wings. The gentlemen behind counter serving where slow and seemed to want to be anywhere but there. Also asked to pay by card and then asked instead to pay by cash until I said I had only got card! Overall very disappointed!

my kids love this place, their burgers, chicken and fries always good, they just need to start taking card payments because online food platforms charge unnecessary fees always

Place is filthy they have revamped the sit down area but the kitchen and ovens could do with a good clean it's absolutely disgusting in there

Went in the shop for food asked for a c hicken burger and strips and wings. I told him I didn't want spicy my other half Ordered his food with items missing. I've had to throw the chicken strips and wings out as they were spicy.
