Excellent service from start to finish with this company on 3.1.24. Had some windows replaced (bay and bedroom windows). All went smooth and left neat and tidy. Very happy. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you! Wilkes/Parkes.

Used Black Country on a couple of different occasions, had my back windows done (2 years ago) and then a year later my front windows done. On both occasions, the fitter were courteous and professional. The windows appears to be of good quality and no issues with them yet. Yep they may not be the cheapest, but rather pay extra and have a piece of mind, hassle free. ?

What a truly wonderful experience with Black Country Glazing!From the start of the process with the surveying all the way through to the actual fitting of the doors, everything was quite literally flawless.Great fitters who did the work with excellent workmanship and cleaned up as they went.Gem in the office was absolutely fantastic too and very patient with all my many questions! Very competitive and fair quote too, with a very reasonable lead time on fitting.I genuinely couldn't recommend them any higher and it's great to have such an excellent local glazing company.Service: General door installation

Absolutely excellent company to deal with, from initially measuring up to the final installation I cannot fault them. There was a tiny mark on one of the panes of glass, less than my little fingernail, I would never ever have noticed, they did, immediately said that we would not be charged until it was repaired and a new pane was fitted the following week. Highly, highly recommended.

We used a local Company because we felt they would be more focused on quality & good customer service than a large nationwide chain. Black Country Glazing have been outstanding in all aspects of the business we have done with them, from first surveys to final snagging, and nothing has been too much trouble for them, and communication has been prompt. We will definitely use them again when funds permit, and have already recommended them to friends, at least one of which is using them for their own replacement windows.Service: General door installation

Having been directed to this company by another local window manufacturer, who tried their utmost to help, with a UPVC fitting i needed, i went to their trade counter. The person i spoke to asked what i wanted but never actually got up out of the chair, some 4-5m from the counter. Having tried to show what it was to a lady who came around from another desk, and explained what it was, i got a 'no mate' reply from the lady who never got up to look. I left with the impression they weren't interested in what i was in need of. Maybe it's installations the company target to be fair to them, as reviews on installations seem good. The trade counter and premises seemed well kept and clean.

I took the time to read Google reviews before making my choice about which company to choose to have my windows replaced, and decided on Black Country Glazing.I had 2 windows replaced at the back of the house and am more than happy with the fit and quality of workmanship. Dave and Dave were very pleasant, efficient and professional. The price was competitive too.I highly recommend the business and know exactly where to go when I need more work done.
